- Complete preventative maintenance tasks during planned downtime.
- Assist in blade changes on the cold saws and shear when required.
- Assist in straightener roll changes as required.
- Perform crane inspections at the beginning of each shift for the south finishing crane.
- Cross-train at next promotion level position. (Receive higher position job pay once fully trained and capable, when filling in at cross-trained position).
