    Overview

    The Program Manager, Technical Fleet plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the technical reliability of Endeavor's aircraft. Leads cross-functional teams, collaborates with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication. Responsibilities include implementing strategic initiatives with a commitment to operational excellence and safety.

    Responsibilities


    • Review, track and analyze aircraft reliability data
    • Monitor aircraft out of service events identifying opportunities for improving reliability
    • Develop effective strategies to mitigate technical delays to obtain optimal fleet reliability
    • Lead divisional reliability performance reviews and provide information and analysis on trends and projects
    • Provide project leadership for several high importance projects within Technical Operations
    • Utilize technical data to identify and recommend improvement to maintenance program job instructions
    • Identify and coordinate cross-functional teams on top drivers to improve fleet reliability
    • Develop and utilize appropriate project tracking tools (including progress, key milestones, action items, etc.)
    • Provide periodic senior management updates and lead monthly Maintenance Review Board (MRB) technical discussions
    • Provide training or presentations to communicate reliability drivers, recommendations, and specific knowledge related to aircraft systems
    • Assess situations using advanced skills or integrate multiple alternatives to reach timely and appropriate solutions
    • Aggressively pursue the function's business objectives
    • Identify critical success factors for your function and establish priorities based on those factors
    • Work is performed primarily in an office and/or line maintenance environment
    • Frequent repetitive motion such as typing
    • May involve prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing

    Qualifications


    • Technical Degree in Aircraft Maintenance or a combination of equivalent education and related experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • FAA Airframe and Power Plant License preferred
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft line maintenance, aircraft maintenance planning, technical resource planning, project management, and financial justification
    • Broad and in-depth aircraft knowledge required
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex material and concepts at all levels within the organization to include interpersonal skills and focus on problem resolution required
    • Familiarization with the use of technical manuals, Federal Regulations, and Company policies & procedures
    • Exceptional research and analytical skills
    • Strong ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively to meet given time parameters
    • Strong interpersonal skills with focus on communication and problem resolution
    • Strong work ethic, reliable, self-motivated with a positive attitude
    • Proficient computer skills: Experience in Microsoft Office including advanced skills in Excel; data queries and data models experience preferred
    Work Environment & Physical Demands


    • Work is primarily performed in an office environment, at a designated cubicle, in a seated position, and utilizing a laptop, dual monitors and keyboard/mouse. Ability to frequently move about the office as attendance to meetings in conference rooms are required, as well as conversing with team members and colleagues on activities or projects.
    • Position is a salaried, exempt position, with hours generally between 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Ability to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
    • Some travel may be necessary to other Endeavor maintenance locations and external meetings with vendors or partners.
    • Requires repetitive motions such as typing on keyboards for extended periods. Occasional bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling of boxes, computer equipment, or objects that may weigh up to 35 lbs.
