    SALARY/HOURLY RATE:
    $80k – $100k

    POSITION OVERVIEW:


    As a Fashion Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development process, from concept to production.

    You will collaborate with designers, suppliers, and manufacturers to bring innovative and high-quality fashion products to market.

    This role requires strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.


    RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FASHION PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
    Lead the product development process from initial concept to final production, ensuring that timelines and quality standards are met.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Sourcing, and Production to develop and execute product strategies.
    Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
    Source materials and suppliers, negotiate costs, and manage relationships to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
    Oversee product sampling, fit sessions, and quality control inspections to ensure product integrity and consistency.
    QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE FASHION PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:5 years of experience in fashion product development, preferably in women's apparel.
    Strong understanding of the fashion industry, market trends, and consumer preferences.
    Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
    Bachelor's degree is required.
