    Overview of the Position Responsibilities: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The perfect fit will assist in various financial activities and analyze data to boost efficiency and effectiveness in our marketing strategies. This role demands solid analytical skills, expertise in financial analysis and budgeting, and the knack to collaborate across teams for flawless execution of marketing plans.

    This role brings a blend of accounting, marketing, creativity, and excitement to the table daily. The position can be based in Denver, CO, or work remotely.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Oversee month-end closing activities, monitor monthly budget vs actuals, and collaborate with Finance and Accounting for month-end procedures.
    • Ensure timely invoice processing and communication of accruals for the marketing department.
    • Foster strong internal partnerships by managing monthly estimated spend per business owner.
    • Lead weekly budget meetings to keep the marketing team on track financially.
    • Supervise the internal Bluepeak store, overseeing all reorders and inventory of promotional items.
    • Coordinate with field teams and vendors on quotes and orders for premium items.
    • Support other marketing projects as required, such as marketing offer grids, monthly summaries, and competitive analysis.
    • Create marketing materials, design plans, and carry out marketing activities for a specific region.
    • Analyze market data to evaluate the performance of marketing activities and plans.
    • Participate in marketing events, assisting and promoting Bluepeak's services.

    Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a related field and 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting/marketing experience; or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
    • Success requires strong analytical skills and a dedication to meeting deadlines.
    • Desired attributes include being a team player with effective communication skills and a background in project management.
    • Excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and effective task prioritization.
    • Demonstrated vendor management skills.
    • Successful candidates must pass a background check and drug test upon job offer.

    Salary Range: $54,000 to $78,000
