    Position Summary

    Huron temporary consultants are industry experts interested in short and long-term contracts and/or interim staffing opportunities

    Qualifications

    Your role at Huron:
    Currently we are identifying candidates with UKG Dimensions Project Manager experience for an upcoming opportunity. We are looking for Consultants to begin as soon as possible.

    This will be a 2-3 month long engagement and will involve 50% travel to the client site located on the West Coast of the US.

    Applicant Must Have The Following Experience

    2-3 years' experience working with UKG Dimensions as a Project Manager
    Must have experience with UKG Dimensions on the technical side
    Must have prior experience moving clients from on-premise Kronos Workforce to UKG Dimensions
    Must be an experienced Project Manager who has worked on UKG Dimensions implementations
    Ability to effectively communicate to Project Leadership
    Huron requires a Bachelor's Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
    Interest in applying technology systems to business processes
    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
    Applicant must have a very strong consulting background
    Strong leadership skills
    Review customer requirements, perform analysis, design and documentation of current state and future state workflows
    Maintain regular communication with client, vendor, team members and team leaders regarding project issues, risks, and needs
    Classify problems as system, training, or process and recommend appropriate corrections

    Basic Requirements

    Current U.S. work authorization
    Bachelor's degree

    The estimated hourly rate for this job is between $85.00/hr. - $105.00/hr.

    The range represents a good faith estimate of the rate that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting.

    The actual rate paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.

    The hourly rate range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
