Description
With a footprint in the Buffalo legal market for over 200 years, you'll join a longstanding legal team that continues to expand in the area as well as other markets.You'll report to the COO and act as an integral member of the leadership team, responsible for most Human Resource activities within the firm.
What You'll Be Doing:
You will work closely with partners, attorneys, and administrative staff to ensure all aspects of HR and talent management are working effectively.
You'll lead performance appraisals, compensation, and benefits administration.
You will be responsible for leading the recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff.
Ensure all firm policies, procedures, and compliance are met and supported.
