    Description
    Oversee and manage retail construction projects in Santa Clarita and Los Angeles.

    In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering positive relationships with clients.

    We are a leading construction company specializing in retail construction projects.

    Our portfolio includes a range of projects such as shopping centers with grocery stores like Safemart and Petco, as well as quick-service restaurants (QSR) and big box retail spaces.

    Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for retail construction projects.
    Manage and supervise construction teams, including subcontractors and vendors.
    Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
    Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
    Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
    Collaborate with the project management team to develop construction strategies and resolve any construction-related challenges
    5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the retail construction industry.
    ~ Strong knowledge of retail construction processes, codes, and regulations.
    ~ Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    ~ Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
