    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Superintendent with extensive DSA (Division of the State Architect) or LAUSD (Los Angeles Unified School District) experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience working for a general contractor on projects valued at $60M and above.

    Description

    • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
    • Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
    • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
    • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work adheres to plans and specifications.
    • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

    Profile

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor.
    • Proven track record of managing projects valued at $60,000,000 and above.
    • Extensive experience with DSA or LAUSD projects.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
    • OSHA certification.
    • LEED accreditation preferred.
