- Oversee the daily management of project sites, coordinating activities with Contractors, Architects, Sub-Contractors, and various Park Operating Departments.
- Ensure that all construction work aligns with drawings, specifications, and safety procedures.
- Maintain site operations, cleanliness, and order while monitoring productivity levels.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the construction site and the office, facilitating communication and conflict resolution.
- Enforce quality control measures, monitor schedules, and coordinate inspections as required.
- Provide regular reports on project progress, milestones, and significant events.
- Collaborate with Safety Representatives and environmental teams to maintain a safe work environment.
- Verify labor quantities, monitor materials, and ensure on-time project completion.
- Participate in Health & Safety responsibilities, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including potential night and weekend work.
- 3-5 years of Construction Superintendent experience or 5-7 years in a building trade.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents and managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience in schedule management and consistent project delivery.
- Knowledge of Facility Life/Safety Systems and equipment.
- Ability to resolve project issues creatively and efficiently.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam.
- Desire to work in a full-time on-site position at NBCUniversal.
- Knowledge and experience in Theme Park Operations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management.
- Strong interpersonal skills, time management abilities, and flexibility.
- Experience in managing in a unionized environment.
