To be successful in this role:


YOU ARE ACCOUNTABLE to ensure quality control of subcontractor craftmanship and keep subcontractors accountable for completing their work according to the scope of the project.
Good consistent communication with construction team.


YOU HAVE EXCELLENT ORGANIZATION AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS to effectively manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment with completing priorities while being respectful of customer's space and surroundings in occupied buildings. To ensure proper sequencing of subcontractors and seamless project workflow.


YOU HAVE A KEEN EYE FOR DETAILS with the ability to read precise plans and specifications and accurately assess the quality of Subcontractor's work. You hold team and Subcontractors accountable for maintaining jobsite safety standards while keeping the workspace clean and organized.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:

• Displays ability to read/interpret construction plans, specification books, submittals, and understands how different trades' work comes together and timelines associated.
• Partners with the Project Managers to review and proactively forecast Pro Builder's project schedules, job site materials, safety standards, productivity goals, and

Subcontractors allocated to specific projects.

• Create detailed Daily Reports for each trade using reporting software including pictures.
• Prepares the layout of the jobsite to ensure safe accessibility during various project stages.
• Oversees and successfully manages construction of projects independently.
• Takes ownership of problems, offers solutions, and contributes to the success of the project.
• Shows understanding of deliverables, reviews As-Built plans and punch list.
• Shows integrity, compassion and empathy when dealing with customers that embodies the culture at Pro Builders Inc.
• Displays pride in work and craftsmanship and encourages the same work ethic in PMs and Subcontractors.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Must have overall minimum 5 years construction management supervision experience and minimum 2 years construction management supervision experience on projects in occupied commercial buildings

• High School Diploma or GED is

required:

• Proven ability to read and understand structural, architectural, and shop drawings for construction projects

required:

• Demonstrated ability to handle project inquiries, design questions, and submit/get information for RFIs and change orders

required:

• Knowledge of electrical work: conduits, panels, high voltage equipment

required:

• Possesses a valid CA Driver's License, good driving history, dependable transportation.
• Ability to pass Background check

required:

• Cal/OSHA certified
  required min 20 hrs
