Description
ECM is seeking a motivated, positive personality, responsible, highly organized, and good communicator to fulfill a Superintendent role. We have multiple projects throughout Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire.Essential Duties
- Work under supervision and direction of project manager
- Participate in construction meetings and keep detailed report
- Implementation of Safety/Zero Harm program for the job site
- Supervision of field construction work by subcontractors and selfperformed work
- Participate in preconstruction phase
- Ensuring project is built on time and within budget
- Manage and mentor assistant superintendents and other field personnel.
- Scheduling tasks with laborers
- Ability to read plans and specs
- Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
- Pull permits, schedule inspections and meeting with inspectors on site
- Material selections per plan, ordering materials, following up with orders, and confirming all orders are received and accounted for
- Assist with vetting out subcontractors, setting up vendors and obtaining proper compliance information is collected
- Interact with construction managers, subcontractors, and vendors and provide thorough and accurate communication to complete tasks.
- Is able to multi tasks and utilize different platforms to write up reports and load project pictures for management review
- Perform other duties as assigned by Project Manager

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in face paced environmental; multitasking, shifting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with all employees, vendors, and executive level.
- Extremely organized and has analytical skills.
- Prior experience in project coordination or project management is preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Pay:
$80, $120,000.00 per year
Experience level:
