- Build and lead a sales team.

- Prior commercial roofing experience/roofing sales.
- Proven track record of success in commercial roofing sales.
- Hunter & Relationship mentality to identify new GCs, prospects and develop new customers
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other related computer systems.
- Highly motivated.
- Excellent solution selling skills
- Top-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to be a self-starter and work with minimal direct supervision
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Knowledge of CRMs a plus
- BS/BA degree a plus
