SPIN Companies is excited to announce an opening for a proactive and committed individual to join our Florida-based team as a Regional Property Scout.

This key role involves visiting diverse properties, assessing their condition, identifying and making an attempt to connect with the owners of distressed assets.

Responsibilities

• Drive to properties in various locations and conduct initial assessments.
• Establish if the property is occupied, leaving "contact us" letters where necessary.
• Use your excellent communication skills to speak professionally with owners or residents.
• Capture marketing photos to aid in our real estate transactions.
• Property preservation and lock changing are a plus but not required.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable and experienced with independent working and decisionmaking.
• Experience in property preservation or lock changing will be an advantage.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Good understanding of property privacy norms and regulations.

Compensation:

- $22.50 per hour, $1000/month car allowance (miles/wear/gas) + commission


Tampa Position:

You would drive properties in the following counties using the "SPIN mobile"

• Miami-Dade
• Broward
• Palm Beach

Pay:
$22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
