- A Masters degree from an accredited university with specialization in the field of the behavioral or social sciences AND post-master research experience including responsibility for the design, evaluation and implementation of research projects in a behavioral or social science field.
- OR -A Bachelor's degree in a field of the behavioral or social sciences and any combination of relevant education and/or experience totaling five years; and Valid Class C California Drivers License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.
- Computer literate with skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel, Access, and similar programs;
- Experience in Excel data manipulation, such as Pivot Table and another Excel functionalities;
- Experience in Access programming;
- Experience in designing, conducting, and evaluating epidemiologic studies;
- Experience in mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative designs);
- Experience in data management and analysis of large complex raw or aggregated data
- Experience in authoring manuscripts or other publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Job DescriptionHealthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for Evaluation Analysts to support a Home Visitation (HVP) and Healthy Families America (HFA) Program. The Evaluation Analyst will be responsible for evaluating ARP HVP-HFA activities, providing expert guidance on evaluation designs, data management, and data analysis and supervising relevant research and evaluation staff related to ARP HVP-HFA.The positions will start immediately upon acceptance and employment clearance and are initially funded through 09/30/2024.
