Fitt Talent Partners is a specialized recruitment firm working with top health, fitness, and wellness companies.
We're filling this role for a client.
Responsibilities:
- Analytics Instrumentation Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics instrumentation strategy for our web and native app experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product and content teams to implement necessary analytics, ensuring alignment with our 2024 objectives.
- Define key metrics and KPIs that provide actionable insights into user behavior, engagement, and overall performance.
- AB Testing Strategy:
- Oversee and lead the AB testing program in collaboration with product and marketing teams.
- Establish criteria for test selection, frequency of testing, and methods for analyzing and interpreting test results.
- Drive a culture of experimentation and datadriven decisionmaking within the organization.
- BI Tooling Evaluation and Recommendation:
- Evaluate the existing end-to-end BI tooling suite and make recommendations for scaling the analytics data platform.
- Justify tooling choices based on scalability, compatibility with our needs, and potential for seamless integration.
- Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure a robust and scalable analytics infrastructure.
- Reporting Framework:
- Design and implement a robust reporting framework for delivering BI reports to various stakeholders.
- Develop key reports for board, executive, and companylevel updates on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Ensure reporting consistency and accuracy, covering both digital and physical product performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams, including retail, DTC, marketing, content, and customer support.
- Develop and maintain a set of KPI accountability dashboards to align with departmental goals.
- Foster a collaborative environment where data insights drive strategic decisionmaking across the organization.
- Actionable Insights:
- Extract meaningful correlations from data to inform strategic business decisions.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for improving the overall customer experience.
- Work closely with the Principal Data Analyst and the supporting team to ensure the highest quality of analytics and insight
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience of managing a team of 3 or more data analysis. Experience
- Proven experience in product analytics, AB testing, and data interpretation.
- Handson leadership with a consumerobsessed and datadriven mindset.
- Experience managing endtoend BI tooling and analytics data platforms
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms is a plus.
