JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE


Under the direction of the Director of Evaluation and Monitoring, the Programmic Compliance Lead provides leadership to the Programmic Compliance Team in the review and audit of VOALA Program documentation and database practices related to CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) and legal requirements as well as organization policies and procedures (supporting over 120 human services programs).

The Programmic Compliance Team shall also include Financial Analyst and Billing supervision to ensure best practices in billing and financial practices.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate all aspects of the CARF Accreditation process both before and after surveys
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings as directed
  • Communicate project tasks, milestones, and changes regularly and clearly
  • Communicate regularly with the stakeholders on CARF project deliverables
  • Report and escalate issues (including delays) to the COO as needed
  • Coordinate the development of policies and procedures for organization wide improvement
  • Lead team to compile and analyze corporate financial reports, report trends to senior management
  • Oversee, Plan and Conduct program financial audits
  • Oversee billing procedures, to include Medical billing (Cal/AIM)
  • Other duties as may be assigned by Director of Evaluation and Monitoring.

Qualifications:


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Must be able to pass a fingerprint clearance, background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications

EDUCATION:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration or other social science related field

EXPERIENCE:


  • 5 years' experience in quality assurance
  • 2 years' experience serving nonprofit organizations
  • 1 year of experience in leadership role (CQI coordinator role counts such as HMIS or Quality Assurance)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Master's Degree in Public Administration preferred
