- Serve as first point of contact for internal and external audiences involving the CEO including Board members, Advisors, staff, and others as needed
- Update and maintain the CEOs relevant list of contacts and communicate upcoming commitments and responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's schedule and calendar appointments including travel itineraries, meeting agendas, and event planning
- Book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights and hotels
- Spearhead board meeting agendas by compiling research, preparing presentations, and taking notes
- Maintain current bios on board members and advisors, providing CEO with recruitment support
- Perform day to day troubleshooting, and present status updates to Executive team
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming requests, issues, and concerns addressed to CEO and Executive Team, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
- Proofread and edit materials as needed
- Input contacts, updates and follow up tasks into CRM (Salesforce) software
- 4+ years of experience supporting C-Level executives in the nonprofit space
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google docs and Adobe Acrobat
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- Strong organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Stellar interpersonal skills and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful team player, with the ability to also work independently
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
