    Description
    CLINT MCLAIN is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, bringing in enthusiasm and a sense of purpose. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are looking for someone to engage with our existing 2,000 clients, explore new business opportunities, and lead a small but potent team. As you hone your skills, you will transition into the role of Agency Director, overseeing operations and driving growth. This position offers a competitive weekly compensation of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results
    • Train and mentor new team members
    • Provide daily reports using Salesforce CRM
    • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development daily


    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Exceptional organizational and attention to detail skills
    • Proven time management abilities with a strong focus on meeting deadlines
    • Effective supervisory and leadership qualities
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate efficiently
    • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally demanding environment
    • Passion for assisting others and building strong connections
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-driven with a goal-oriented approach
    • Community engagement orientation
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce


    Licensing Requirements:
    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background and access to personal transportation
    • Completion of a 45-day evaluation period before progression
