    Description

    The Inside Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales revenue growth for the Hair Restoration Company, specifically focused on hair restoration products and services. The Sales Consultant will work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and follow-up activities. The successful candidate must be a self-starter, passionate about sales, and able to work effectively within a team context.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Consultant, will conduct only inside sales. They will be responsible for ensuring that the company's products and services meet the needs of customers, providing solutions to customer problems, negotiating deals, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

    • Generate and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities through networking and responding to leads.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, physicians, and other stakeholders in the hair restoration industry.
    • Conduct patient consultations and assessments for hair restoration services.
    • Present and demonstrate the benefits of hair restoration products and services, explaining the cost and effectiveness of each option.
    • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure sales growth, enhance products and services and provide optimal customer support.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate records on customers and sales progress.

    Qualifications and Competencies:

    • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the hair restoration or aesthetics industry.
    • Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills - Demonstrates a proven success record in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills required.
    • Ability to work independently, be a team player, and take initiative to achieve goals.
    • Understanding and knowledge of the hair restoration industry and hair loss solutions is an added advantage.
