    Description

    LUKE BAILEY is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic leader to join our team. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are looking for someone who is committed to excellence in service. This role will involve managing a portfolio of 2,000 business clients, nurturing existing relationships, and expanding our client base through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead a small team in these endeavors, guiding and training them to achieve success. As you become proficient in our systems and processes, you will have the opportunity to advance to the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary ($70,000-$85,000 1st year average).

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Identify new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and track results
    • Train and mentor new team members on established systems
    • Provide daily reports on field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus on daily recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
    • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment
    • Passion for assisting others and building strong relationships
    • Sales or customer service background
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement interest
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clean background check and personal transportation
    • 45-day evaluation period before progression
