    Din Tai Fung is a Chinese restaurant specializing in Xiao Long Bao, or steamed soup dumplings, each made by hand with our "Golden Ratio" of 18 folds.

    Originally founded in Taiwan as a cooking oil retail business in 1958, Din Tai Fung was reborn as a dumpling and noodle restaurant in 1972.

    Since its founding, Din Tai Fung has become world-renowned for its quality, standardization, and service. It currently has over 170 locations worldwide, including 14 US locations in California, Washington, Oregon, and Nevada.

    About the Role:


    The Recruiter maintains and consistently improves the company's recruiting by planning, implementing, evaluating and improving recruiting policies, programs and practices.

    The Recruiter recruits and hires qualified exempt and non-exempt candidates to hit company goals.


    Job Responsibilities:
    Establishes recruiting requirements by identifying the managers' and stores' needs
    Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications

    Builds applicant sources by researching and building connections with community organizations, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, social networking sites, and other resources.

    Attracts applicants by placing and managing job advertisements and working with recruiters and headhunters
    Managing job posts on assigned job boards and sources
    Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants and analyzing responses against the job description
    Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices, and emphasizing benefits and perks
    Stays current on legislation and regulations regarding recruitment and onboarding
    Understand the needs of applicants and employees and address them in a timely manner
    Complies with local, state, and federal government labor laws and procedures

    Job Requirements:
    2-4 Years of Relevant Experience
    Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
    Experience as a Recruiter required
    Experience in restaurant recruiting preferred
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Highly motivated and able to adapt to change
    Positive and Professional Attitude
