What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
- Craft and publish compelling job advertisements across various platforms to attract top talent.
- Coordinate interview schedules and support the selection process.
- Conduct employment verifications and maintain accurate records.
What You Bring:
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience, with a focus on passive sourcing in the education sector preferred
- Strong organizational, excellent communication, and interpersonal and time management skills
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations preferred
- Proficiency in compensation package understanding and negotiation
- Autonomy and adaptability in a fastpaced environment
- Advanced computer skills, including HRIS and data analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
