- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum 4 years of manufacturing experience)

Job Description SummaryThe Production Manager manages the day to day operations of the Onshore Wind group while meeting safety, quality, delivery and cost metrics. The Production Manager is responsible for all planning and coordinating within Onshore Wind and direct the work of 150 hourly and 20 salary employees. This includes, but not limited to, working with the Scheduler to meet customer need dates, coordinating with the MRP on the delivery of parts and material, and setting priorities for the Production team. The Production Manager will work with the Operations Leaders on all shifts to help execute the day to day operations, allocate resources to achieve business goals, and create a consistent and effective shift-to-shift transition. This role is also responsible for allocating overtime to meet the needs of the business. The Production Manager also supports the Cell Leader in the strategic planning of manpower, equipment and other resources to achieve our goals/targets within the cell.
