Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Provide indepth knowledge of different cannabis strains, their effects, and proper usage to customers.
  • Stay informed on the latest industry trends and products.
  • Oversee the dispensary floor and ensure all customers are receiving highquality service.
  • Train and manage a team of budtenders, ensuring they are knowledgeable and follow all dispensary regulations.
  • Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal cannabis regulations.
  • Manage inventory and work with the management team to order stock as needed.
  • Conduct regular product and compliance training sessions for staff.
  • Handle cash and product with honesty and accuracy.
  • Assist with marketing efforts and instore promotions as required.

Qualifications:


  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail cannabis environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Deep knowledge of cannabis products, including flower, concentrates, edibles, and topicals.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must pass any and all required background checks.
  • Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
