Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide indepth knowledge of different cannabis strains, their effects, and proper usage to customers.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends and products.
- Oversee the dispensary floor and ensure all customers are receiving highquality service.
- Train and manage a team of budtenders, ensuring they are knowledgeable and follow all dispensary regulations.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal cannabis regulations.
- Manage inventory and work with the management team to order stock as needed.
- Conduct regular product and compliance training sessions for staff.
- Handle cash and product with honesty and accuracy.
- Assist with marketing efforts and instore promotions as required.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail cannabis environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Deep knowledge of cannabis products, including flower, concentrates, edibles, and topicals.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must pass any and all required background checks.
- Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
