I am seeking an experienced Product Owner with a background in the Software Development industry for Cohoes.
Profile
- Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in a software environment, with some knowledge of the sports industry and sport technology
- Experience as a Scrum Product Owner and knowledge of project/product management, Agile methodologies (XP, Scrum, Kanban, Lean), stakeholder and scope management, development processes and methodologies, and innovation processes
- Strong budgeting and cost control skills
- Natural leadership abilities and experience working in a multi-site, multi-cultural environment
- Visionary and entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for both engineers and management, and comfortable with negotiations
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and abroad (approximately 20% of the time)

Languages
Fluent in English
Knowledge of French and/or German would be an advantage
