    Associate Manager, Brand & Product

    CBU | Naperville | Full Time | Permanent

    Job Description

    Do you have a passion for building consumer-centric brands? Join Wilton Brands as an Associate Brand & Product Manager, supporting business planning, brand strategy, innovation, and marketing. Lead product line/category initiatives for growth and profitability while embracing Wilton values and vision.

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Manage product operations, commercialization, and lifecycle
    • Monitor performance, trends, and feedback
    • Oversee packaging artwork and industry information
    • Drive innovation and renovation
    • Assist in annual business planning and product portfolio management
    • Engage with Sales partners and analyze customer recommendations
    • Work on marketing campaigns and collaborate with teams and partners for activations

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
    • 1-5 years of marketing experience in brand/ product management

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Team player with interpersonal and management skills
    • Hands-on and can-do attitude
    • Effective project management and communication skills
    • Strong analytical and budgeting skills
    • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
    • Experience with IRI and Nielsen data
    • Physical Demands: Standard office environment, some domestic travel
