Highly motivated college student seeking a challenging position to grow and excel in my field of studies that will prepare me for a career in Business Analytics. My work experiences allowed me to develop communication, problem solving, leadership and interpersonal skills as well as and excellent customer service.

I started as a Jimmy John's in-shop worker. As a team member I was responsible for the successful execution of fast, accurate sandwiches and providing world-class customer service while maintaining a clean, organized and respectful environment. Responsibilities included:

• Making sandwiches to consistent brand standards.
• Assisting customers in the restaurant or over the phone.
• Helping maintain store clean.

After relocating to California, I Applied my knowledge and skills as a former elite gymnast and State champion to become a Coach & teach young gymnasts how to safely execute beginner, intermediate and/or advanced gymnastics skills. I reported to the gym manager and had the following responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise classes with boys of different age groups and talents.
• Lead warm ups on a rotating basis, assist in warm ups when another coach leads.
• Ensure controlled class management: concentrate on all gymnasts, don't tolerate disrespectful behavior, practice positive reinforcement.
• Set up safe gym environment for students: adhere to safe practices for all equipment, ensure correct technique is used while spotting, adapt equipment for age, ability and size of student.
• Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures.
• Communicate with gym manager on a weekly basis regarding schedules and gymnasts performance
• Ensure gym, including bathrooms, lobby and office space are clean (rotating basis)

Lastly, I worked as a valet greeter and moved up to a cashier position for one of the busiest hotels in the Los Angeles Disney properties district, Hilton Anaheim Convention Center. Working these two positions allowed me to apply and improve on my customer service and peer team building skills in a fast paced environment. Duties included:

Greeter:

• Greeting guests as they arrive to the hotel property.
• Entering and updating guest vehicle information into the database per company policy.
• Direct traffic under and around the entrance if congested.
• Assists guest promptly and courteously during valet check-in and check-out process.
• Ensure a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
• Held accountable for the accuracy and thoroughness of department records and reports.

Cashier:

• Process sales transactions and issue receipts.
• Accept payments.
• Calculate and return change when required by the payment method.
• Answer customer questions about services.
• Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts.
• Handle customer complaints.
