    **Senior Hotel Account Manager**

    We have an exciting opportunity to lead growth of Hotwire opaque supply in US Gaming markets.

    The Senior Hotel Account Manager will have ownership and revenue accountability for a portfolio of partners, including responsibility to initiate, develop and maintain strong relationships, leading to outstanding discounted rates and inventory as well as the ability to sell the Hotwire value proposition to hotels, communicate adequately with partners, and independently act upon opportunities to move the business forward

    **What youll do:**

    Deliver revenue and/or acquisition goals through management of inventory and rates

    Work with hotels to acquire inventory with deals in assigned markets. Increase inventory levels through acquisition and maintain inventory quality through account management

    Analyze inventory strength and develop strategies and techniques for optimizing Hotwire sales opportunities for rooms not sold. Exceed revenue, room night, and business targets

    Provide impactful reporting analysis and insights to partners at the property level to implement solutions that achieve strong market performance and long-term strategic goals

    Monitor and maintain Hotwire inventory levels, and improve inventory quality within assigned markets

    Identify key strategic growth levers and opportunities to help partners grow their business and increase revenue

    Have the chance to lead business reviews with strategic account executives and market management organization

    Initiate and orchestrate market management growth initiatives, driving partner growth across market/destination portfolio, collaborating closely with global, regional and local partners

    Collaborate with key partners' teams including regular HQ and market visits

    Develop strong partnership to drive growth initiatives execution, strategic partner plan implementation and new business opportunities

    Negotiate, understand and implement creative and complex deals and financial models

    Initiate and coordinate contract renewals

    **Who you are:**

    Demonstrated negotiation skills with 5+ years in account managing and/or negotiating at a senior level

    Effectively identify opportunities of growth, and negotiates successfully in a constructive, consultative, and collaborative manner

    Laser-focus on achieving a variety of KPIs (targets, goals and/or strategic objectives) set by leadership team

    High impact personality: intellectual agility, entrepreneurship, empathy, great teammate

    Provide ongoing input to Senior management and contribute to cross functional Expedia business initiatives to proactively anticipate market impact and shape up optimized roll out plans

    Excellent customer service and relationship-building ethic, strong social intelligence; earns the confidence of others; bridges and sustains solid partnerships based on mutual support through a collaborative style

    Outstanding presentation ability to small, medium and large-sized groups

    Able to represent Expedia in local markets, build Expedias company profile with key influencers (e.g. tourism bureau, hotel association, etc.) and provide expertise to the local industry

    Knowledge of hospitality or gaming industries preferred
