Tatum by Randstad is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for a well-established organization located in Summerlin.
This is a hybrid position, offering a competitive salary up to $110K depending on experience. Comprehensive healthcare package including medical, dental, and vision is included, alongside an up to 6% matching 401k plan.
Applicants should either reside in or be willing to relocate to Las Vegas, hold a Bachelor's degree, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, and a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
This is an immediate need and is a Direct Hire opportunity for the right candidate.Compensation range for the position is between $95K - $110K dependent on experience.
This is hybrid position.
Must be on-site T/W/Th with M/F working remotely.
Candidates must reside in Las Vegas, NV

responsibilities:
Supervise a team of two Senior Accountants.
Manage the completion of the end-of-month financial procedures.
Journal entry review and prepare and review financial statements.
Produce timely and accurate reports for departmental managers at the highest level.
Provide swift and analytical assistance for inquiries from the Regional Controller.
Identify potential issues, suggest practical remedies, and support their implementation.
Assist in creating reports and extracting data from multiple systems for departmental use.
Bring attention to CFO and Regional Controller regarding any issues and request assistance as required.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required
5years of finance/accounting experience is required
2years of supervisory experience is required
Hospitality/Project accounting experience is required
Experience with Data Plus Hospitality management platform is a highly preferred
Experience with ERP Maestro, Silverware POS, and Opera Cloud Platform is highly preferred.
Must reside in Las Vegas, NV or be able to relocate
