- Coordinate group benefits programs and manage daily processing.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure EEOC compliance.
- Manage worker's compensation claims and leave programs.
- Assist in additional duties assigned by senior management.
- Collaborate with the Safety Committee and assist in recruitment.
- Coordinate with payroll and maintain HRIS data integrity.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- SPHR certification preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including fluency in Spanish.
- Able to meet physical demands of the job and pass pre-employment screenings.
