- Capacity Management: Utilize your logistics and transportation expertise to ensure adequate capacity within the carrier network to meet dynamic shipping needs. Manage carrier contracts and negotiate terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop close relationships with carriers to build strategic partnerships that boost operational efficiency and enhance service quality. Your efforts will be crucial in securing long-term, mutually advantageous contracts.
- Reliability and Quality: Maintain the integrity and quality of shipments. Continuously monitor carrier performance and enforce strict quality control measures to sustain our commitment to excellence in carrier operations.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally managing carrier sales over 2 years.
- Detail-oriented with a robust emphasis on accuracy and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated success in expanding carrier sales teams and processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of logistics and the supply chain.
