    Description

    Seeking a Business Operations Manager for a well-known clothing company. This role is a multi-faceted and involves maintaining go-to-market (GTM) activities and overseeing general operational needs and initiatives.

    This is a hybrid, 6 to 9-month contract position based in San Francisco, CA with a pay range of $ per hour.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain the Dockers Global go-to-market (GTM) seasonal calendars.
    • Track and report on the progress of GTM activities throughout the seasonal development timeframe.
    • Lead planning and coordination for key GTM milestone meetings & events.
    • Lead creation, alignment, and communication of detailed procedures/timelines to ensure cross-functional synchronization and achieve on-time completion of critical activities.
    • Develop project calendars and adhere to deadlines, sometimes juggling multiple priorities.
    • Accountable for reporting on project status, leading meetings with cross-functional partners, and creating supporting documentation, where necessary.
    • Own and optimize the process for commercial sample ordering and tracking, with a focus on rationalizing physical tools.
    • Maintain commercial sample budget and work with the Finance team on seasonal tracking.
    • Oversee asset delivery to digital showroom platform.
    • Populate and maintain line plans for the digital platform; work with third-party partner to load and troubleshoot.
    • Act as the main contact for digital tools, including Miro, AirTable, and SharePoint.
    • Oversee the implementation of AirTable as the primary GTM calendar resource.
    • Support the cross-functional team in mapping, designing, and implementing digital tools and supporting processes.
    • Act as administrator for the brands' central SharePoint site and digital storage hierarchy.

    Desired Minimum Qualifications:

    • Four years of project management experience within an in-house team and/or agency, with knowledge of apparel or wholesale goods preferred.
    • Ability to analyze and present data using appropriate methodology, tools, and tracking mechanisms.
    • Technologically savvy with advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and whiteboarding tools (e.g., Miro) as well as digital PM software (e.g., AirTable).
    • Bonus qualifications include proficiency in MS SharePoint and Adobe DAM or similar file storing/hosting services.
    • Takes initiative, is appropriately assertive, extremely organized, and committed to producing quality work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills, and general curiosity.
    • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

    The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $ per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
