    Digital Voices is a global award-winning Influencer Marketing agency, launched in 2017.

    Since then, we have rapidly scaled, launching offices in the US and UK with about 80 people on the team.

    The Role:
    To be responsible for supervising client projects and the management of relationships with clients.

    An Account Director builds trusted long-term client relationships and leads the team to create tailored Influencer Marketing campaigns that partner brands with content creators, whilst driving growth through proactive ideas and up-selling DV capabilities.

    This role pays K USD depending on experience. The successful candidate must be willing to work within Eastern Time Zones.


    The Role Responsibilities:


    PitchDesign and run industry-leading Influencer Marketing campaignsWork with the planning and strategy team to design and pitch exciting, award-winning, creative campaigns concepts to clientsDevelop deep partnerships with clients, based on education, transparency and trustUnderstand brand strategy and planning, to showcase opportunities where Digital Voices can add valueMaintain relationships and serve as the point of contact and liaison for customersProactively identify opportunities to up-sell our analytical and paid offeringsManageBe a team leader and role model to the US accounts teamCoordinate and manage budgets to ensure that client P&Ls stay on trackManage business commercials and client delivery to ensure campaigns deliver on time and align to business objectivesManage a team of Account Managers and Account Executives as they execute campaignsEstablish individual objectives and goals for your team to achieve togetherOversee the production of campaigns from pitch state to deliveryReview the performance of campaigns and deliver succinct updates, reports and learnings to the rest of the team and clientsStrategiseFully engage in the company culture and think about the future of Digital VoicesBuild growth strategies for your clients to scale their campaigns and impactAct as a trusted advisor on social media campaigns for your clientsAdvocate for yourself and the agency across the industryAnalyse creative and data insights to develop strategies which improve the performance of campaigns and the agency's offeringMost importantly, to keep learningThe Must-Haves:Significant Account Director experienceExperience working with influencers and/or working on influencer-led campaignsA strong understanding of social media platforms and creator landscapeExperience of running highly successful performance marketing campaigns with CPA, ROI, ROAS or CPM benchmarksExceptional email etiquette, interpersonal skills and ability to build client trust through educationExisting relationships with global brands that have been established in your previous rolesImpressive organisational skillsExperience managing at least a small team and being the point of escalation for any issues that arise among your direct reportsExperience onboarding, training and supporting direct reports, helping them to develop their skillset and progress within the companyEmpathy and enthusiasm for large global clients, with a problem-solving brain that is quick to react to pressure if something doesn't go to planSignificant experience developing strategically grounded, engaging creativeExcellent storytelling and presentation skills, with confidence to present under high pressure situations.

    Confidence with key Google Drive software, most importantly Sheets.
