- Respond to customer service inquiries concerning account activities, priorities, and status
- Coordinate account activities, priorities, and status with operations and carriers
- Verify shipments, vehicle movement, and vehicle inventory
- Performs daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on assignments, allocations, work orders and releases to carriers
- Recommend new procedures and processes to increase productivity, responsiveness to customer needs, and streamline current practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic math and computer skills are required
