    Description
    AZAD Technology Partners is seeking a Factory IT Support Analyst

    for a full-time, W2 Contract position based in Denison, TX.

    Schedule:
    Full-time, 40 hours/week, On-Site

    Assignment Duration:

    12 Months with possibility of extending.

    Compensation & Benefits:
    Compensation is between 30

    hourly.

    Benefits include a

    Co-paid Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Cafeteria Plan, and 401k, as well as the option for Paid Time Off

    (dependent on amount requested).

    Education&ExperienceRequired:
    CandidatemusthaveaComputerScienceorManufacturingdegree,and/or2yearsITfactory-facingexperience.
    1-2yearsdemonstratedexperienceworkinginamanufacturingenvironmentorequivalentexperience.


    RequiredQualifications:
    CandidatemusthaveaComputerScienceorManufacturingdegree,or2yearsITfactory-facingexperience.
    1-2yearsdemonstratedexperienceworkinginamanufacturingenvironment.
    Candidateshouldhavestrongcommunicationskillsandbeabletoprovideapositivecustomersupportexperience.
    CandidatemustdemonstratestrongteamworkingskillsandanabilitytoforgerelationshipswithkeyITorganizationsandsupplierstoachievesuccessindeliveringITSolutionsorresolutiontoissues.
    Abilitytoworkindependentlyandmanageone'stime.
    StrongProblemSolving/TroubleshootingskillsincludingabaseunderstandingofPCconfigurations,imagesandsoftwareinstallationpracticesacross avarietyofdevices.
    Mustbeabletoconfigureandtroubleshootissuesregardingdesktops,laptops,tablets,andprinters;MustunderstandMicrosoftOfficeSuiteandbeabletoInstall/Configureapplications.
    WorkingknowledgeofMicrosoftActiveDirectorymanagingrelatedorganizationalstructures.
    Abilitytoresetpasswords,createaccountsandmanagegroups.
    Basicunderstandingofnetworkingskillsandunderstandfactoryfirewalltopologiesandarchitectures.
    Comfortablebeingonyourfeetandworkinginamanufacturingenvironmentsuchaswearingappropriatesafetyequipmentandlearninghowtonavigateamanufacturingenvironmentsafely.
    Jobrequiresextensiveactivemovementthroughoutplantincludingbutnotlimitedtoclimbingstairsandsteps,liftingofdevices,andpushingandpullingofequipment.
    Senseofurgencytoresolvekeyoutagesorproductionlinedownsituationsaswellasoccasionaloff-shiftsupportactivitieswhenrequired.
    Availabilitytoworkoff-shiftwhenneededforsystemschangesorbeonacallrotationtoprovidesupportshouldanysystemsbedownonaneveningorweekends.


    TopCandidateswillalsohave/Nicetohaves:
    1-3years'experiencewithmanufacturingapplications(suchasSAP,PINpointorLincolnCheckpoint/WeldSequencer).
    1-3years'experiencewithMicrosoftApplications(suchasSharePoint,PowerBI,PowerApps,PowerAutomate,Exceletc.).
    WorkingknowledgeofCisconetworkhardwareandsoftware.
    GeneralNetworkingskills,suchasTCPIPsettingsonaPC,Cat5Wiring,someknowledgeofhowVPNandRouterswork;abletodiagnose,troubleshoot,andresolvehardware,software,orothernetworks.


    MajorPurpose:
    TheFactoryITSupportAnalystRoleprovidesauniqueopportunitytosupportamultitudeofinitiativesforsite-basedmanufacturingsystemsandapplicationswithintheResourceIndustriesOperations&ProductsDivision(RIOP).Thisroleprovideson-sitefactory,applicationanddatasupportfortheDenison,TXfacilityaspartoftheTrackedProductsgroup.
    Theprimaryfunctionoftheroleistoprovide1stlineFactory/Facilitysystems&infrastructuresupportwhilebeingtheliaisonbetweenthefacilityandadditionalITgroupswithintheclinet.
    AdditionalopportunitieswillrangefromCybersecurity,ApplicationDevelopment,Datatransformationandvisualization.
    It'sagreatwaytodevelopskillsyoucanuseforfutureroleswhilebeingclosetowhereclientproductisbuiltandlearningaspectsofthemanufacturingandproductdevelopmentareas.
