    Job Description

    As a Technical Solution Analyst I, you will perform more complex troubleshooting investigations reviewing front-end applications by capturing information, using fix tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally. In addition, you will perform more complex solve investigations via back-end methods by capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and updating/cycling servers.

    As a TSA I you will also complete some AMS Configurations while following the AMS Processes and you will prioritize the work of self and others based on severity and urgency and balancing client and business needs in complex situations.

    Lastly, you will collaborate across teams and organizations to ensure complex issues are addressed by the appropriate individuals, as well as document notes, activities, resolutions, and other knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of an investigation

    Responsibilities

    Customer Service

    • ticketing queue worktechnical knowledge to our clients and internal technical teams.Assist in auditing and analyzing ticket data to identifyvulnerability mitigation, process improvements,One or more years of experience supporting medium to large applications, working directly with internal/external customers and clients, and providing user support of PC/Windows network custom business applications preferred.Experience with Microsoft Windows, MS office (especially Excel and Outlook), Lansweeper, Duo/MFA, VDI, Azure and Remedy preferred.Knowledge of Apex, OCI, PowerShell and SQL is a plus.Ability to quickly develop a working knowledge of assigned company products, interact efficiently with other technical and non-technical resources and quickly establish comfortable and effective working relationships.

    US: Hiring Range: from $21.92 to $42.93 per hour; from $45,600 to $89,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
