SUMMARY:
The Early Childhood Clinical Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the emotional, social, and behavioral development of young children.
Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Early Childhood Clinical Support Specialist is responsible for oversight and direction of clinical support to children and families attending the People Incorporated Preschool.
The employee will conduct ongoing assessment of classrooms, provide training and consultation for early education staff, and will contribute to the development of Positive Behavior Support (PBS) plans that assist children with acquiring, retaining, and improving the skills necessary to function successfully in the school setting and at home.
