Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Ability to coordinate programing with consultants for small programming projects / reports.
- Works collaborative with other staff members, vendors, and customers to ensure that systems and business requirements are met
- Provide help desk support, assess, and resolve employee computer/printer problems
- Provide computer and technology support to the organization
- Provide technology training to company employees as needed
- Install and configure software and hardware for end users.
- Works with vendors and other third parties on a limited basis, mainly for printer repair, service, and supply ordering
- Provide new employee technology orientation and set up
- General hardware server knowledge
Other Duties
- Assist with onsite safety.
- Inventory
- Website refresh coordinator (preferably familiar with Odoo Web design
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience managing ERP systems, manufacturing a plus
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working with databases especially Access and SQL
- Must be able to project a professional, positive, calm demeanor, while executing the essential duties of the position
- Must possess the ability to conduct an indepth analysis of given problems and make logical, well thought out steps towards their solution
- Must possess the ability to interface the end users and perform as a liaison between IT and the affected area
- Flexibility, professionalism, good communication skills, and the ability to learn are crucial for this role.
- Must have good organizational, verbal, written communication skills, including the ability to effectively produce written support documentation
- The ability to perform well in a fastpaced team environment and meeting deadlines is essential.
- The ability to handle multiple assignments as necessary and follow through and communicate effectively
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a tea
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or technical certifications
- Preferred Certificates SQL, ERP Systems, Security Plus, Network Plus, Microsoft, Office 365, Odoo
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment using ERP systems
- Experience identifying and work with Virtual Environments
- Experience building and maintain databases especially Access and SQL
- Knowledge of network topologies, and common network administration
- Experience coordinating Help Desk requests with team members
- Keeps current with new technologies and solutions by attending technical training, seminars, workshops and/or related academic courses as required
Pay:
$75, $90,000.00 per year
