We are currently seeking a full-time
IT Support Specialist Level 3 Rock Star to join our stellar team who aligns with our mission, is passionate about IT and cybersecurity, and helping small to medium size businesses reach their highest potential.


The role of the
IT Support Specialist Level 3 is to deploy and maintain efficient and secure networks for our clients.

You will also act as a Mentor to assist our team in troubleshooting and resolving client requests.

  • Preferred: AS or BS Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of networkrelated project management experience including hands on troubleshooting, system administration, network management, or other IT roles.
  • Continuous updating and expansion of your skills and training. Adaptability in information technology is key.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for users remotely and onsite, working directly with customers who have limited technical expertise.
  • Ability to write and communicate clear and detailed instructions and documentation for customers and coworkers.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in network configuration and network security. Including configuration and management of network switches, WiFi, firewalls, VPN, DNS, and routers. Sonicwall and Cisco a plus.
  • Experience in the setup and management of Virtual and Cloud based environments including VMware, Hyper-V, and Azure.
  • Must be able to independently coordinate and manage projects for customers while communicating internally. Includes migration of legacy systems and configuration of new systems in both physical and virtual environments.
  • Experience in streamlining existing EDR/MDR tools to quickly identify and remedy cybersecurity related issues.
  • Google Workspace/Admin knowledge.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and ensuring accuracy when creating documentation.
  • Ability to provide offhours coverage and willingness to be on call.

Desired Combination of Certifications:


  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+
  • Azure Fundamentals AZ900, Azure AI Fundamentals AI900, Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals SC900, Azure Administrator Associate AZ104, Azure Network and Security
  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals and/or Administrator.
  • Project Management PMP

Pay:
$60, $75,000.00 per year
