    Job Title: Social Media Coordinator at Symphonic Distribution

    Symphonic Distribution is a music distribution and marketing company based in downtown Tampa, FL and with multiple offices across different cities. At Symphonic, we aim to collaborate with talented creators and individuals who are innovative and forward-thinking. We are currently looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee.

    This role involves managing and implementing strategies to grow our social media presence and engage with our audience effectively. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice and maximize our online visibility.

    Compensation: $18.00/hr to $22.50/hr, depending on experience

    The Social Media Coordinator at Symphonic focuses on:

    • Developing and executing social media strategies
    • Engaging with the audience and fostering a vibrant online community

    • Running social promotions and campaigns
    • Tracking and analyzing social media performance
    • Staying updated on digital growth strategies and industry trends
    • Representing Symphonic at various events

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
    • 1-3 years of social media marketing experience
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Experience with social media platforms and tools like Mailchimp, Sprout Social

    Additional Skills:

    • On-camera skills for creating video content
    • Basic design and editing skills
    • Music enthusiast with playlist curation knowledge
    • Spanish language proficiency
    • Passionate about animals and coffee
