    **Responsibilities:**

    - Scheduling: Expertly manages a dynamic calendar, scheduling content creation, meetings, and collaborations with precision.

    - Errands: Handle various tasks efficiently, ensuring everything from personal appointments to professional obligations are met seamlessly.

    - Social Media: Lead the charge in managing our social media presence. Craft and post engaging content, respond to comments and messages, and stay ahead of trends.

    - Captivating Captions: Bring creativity to captions, making our content stand out and resonate with our audience.

    - Inquiry Management: Swiftly respond to inquiries, maintaining a professional and engaging demeanor.

    - Booking: Avoid double bookings, anticipate scheduling conflicts, and coordinate with collaborators to optimize our time and opportunities.

    - On-Call Readiness: Be available for urgent requests, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.

    **Qualifications:**

    - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in the social media or influencer industry.

    - Social Media Savvy: A strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, with a creative flair for content creation.

    - Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

    - Outstanding communication skills to effectively interact with collaborators and our audience.

    - Passion for Finance and Stocks: A keen interest in finance and stocks, with the ability to contribute insights.

    - Unwavering commitment to excellence and responsibility.

    - Adaptability and a positive, can-do attitude.

    - Can write and articulate professional emails with confidence.

    - Must have car

    -Must be up to date on AI tools that can make processes more efficient in the workplace

    What your Day-To-Day could look like at this job:

    The day for our dedicated Executive Personal Assistant begins the night before, with a comprehensive call to the creator, running down the schedule for the next day and ensuring all details are in order. The morning kicks off with a text containing a meticulously crafted daily breakdown, reconfirming tasks, and making any necessary adjustments. Handling personal errands, such as getting nails done and picking up dry cleaning, is seamlessly integrated into the schedule.

    As the day unfolds, the Assistant orchestrates the logistics of scheduling a shoot or podcast, booking flights for upcoming opportunities, and strategically posting short-form content across YouTube, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. In moments of downtime, they engage with fans and comments, maintaining an authentic and positive presence. The Assistant keeps a keen eye on new opportunities, alerting the creator to exciting possibilities that align with their brand.

    Simultaneously, the Assistant collaborates with the creator's consultant, ensuring alignment on strategic decisions. Always donning a professional appearance and a radiant smile, they remain attentive to the creator's needs, providing subtle suggestions to enhance their image. Looking multiple days ahead, the Assistant ensures a smooth path, preparing bullet points and notes for meetings, shoots, or podcasts. Script gathering and arranging the green room to the creator's liking are all part of the meticulous planning.

    While always being within reach, the Assistant maintains a discreet presence, acting as a fly on the wall to preserve the creative vibe. With unwavering professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail, the Assistant ensures that the creator's day is not just managed but elevated, allowing them to focus on delivering their best content to the world.
