    Office Coordinator at Dynamic Innovative Office Design Services & Furniture firm


    We are looking for a highly organized, friendly, and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of our office, handling administrative tasks and coordinating office activities, contributing to a productive and welcoming workplace for all.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Answer incoming phone calls for multiple office locations
    • Assist callers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel
    • Welcome and assist visitors, including clients and vendors
    • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including packages
    • Coordinate package deliveries via different carriers
    • Organize office events, meetings, and team-building activities
    • Assist with holiday party planning
    • Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and sales teams for effective communication
    • Maintain physical and digital office libraries
    • Keep office supplies stocked and manage inventory
    • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
    • Ensure proper functioning of office equipment
    • Implement and uphold office policies and procedures
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas and workspaces
    • Address facility-related issues promptly
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
    • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries
    • Promote a positive office culture through communication and engagement initiatives

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in office administration or coordination
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
    • Proactive problem-solving skills and positive attitude
    • Bachelor's degree preferred

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $60,000-$63,000 per year
