- Responsible for supporting and maintaining HR systems, which includes updating, validating, auditing, and correcting employee records or other related HR data\.
- Provide timely and effective troubleshooting assistance to resolve system errors and user problems\.
- Document and track support tickets, resolutions, and user feedback to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement\.
- Maintain data integrity and compliance by running reports, auditing, analyzing information and troubleshooting errors\.
- Collaborate with next level support on escalations and needed configuration changes\.
- Responsible for entry of employee data into HRIS system as needed\.
- Assists with the development of analytics and reports in support of a multitude of human resources projects and programs through the extraction and consolidation of data from the Human Resources Information System \(HRIS\) and other employee data sources\.
- Participates in HRIS projects by contributing to the analysis, design, troubleshooting, data conversion and testing\.
- Performs various tasks as assigned to support the HR organization\.
- Ability to use PC desktop applications \(e\.g\., Microsoft Word, Excel, etc\), report writing tools and Human Resources Information Systems \(preferably Workday\)\.
- Requires analytical, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills\.
- Strong attention to detail, organized, analytic ability, problem solving, troubleshooting and follow\-up skills
- Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks and changing priorities\.
- General Knowledge of Human Resources business functions preferred\.
- Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related discipline or equivalent experience\.
