Summary
The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst prepares, analyzes and distributes a variety of management information reports and documents, including annual compliance reporting for HR and benefits such as EEO1, ACA and nondiscrimination testing.
Shift Timings:08:00 - 16:30- Monday to friday.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Audits and corrects employee information and records as appropriate between HR and other internal departments (Payroll, IS) and vendors, such as the benefits administration platform and other systems.
- Creates HR dashboards to share with leadership.
- Troubleshoots errors with incoming and outgoing data files between HRIS System and external systems
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree with at least three to five years' experience in Information Technology or Human Resources analytics or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Strong presentation, organization and communication skills.
- Must demonstrate customer focused approach.
- Must be proficient in Excel.
- Tableau experience preferred.
- Must have critical thinking skills and be fluent in the English language.
Pay:
$42.59 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
