- AIA membership desirable.
- Salary of $150,000 – $225,000

Rare opportunity for an Architectural Director Job, strong aviation experience is required and will be joining a large award-winning architectural and engineering practice, based in Los Angeles, CA. This employee-owned practice is seeking an Architectural Director who will collaborate with a diverse team and take the lead for the West Coast region. Offering a salary of up to $225,000 plus extensive benefits. Relocation support can also be considered within the USA.
This practice has a longstanding history of providing technical and innovative infrastructure solutions for clients across the nation. Being employee-owned, the team demonstrates passion and commitment across all phases of design and comes together to create a transformative business that has gone from strength to strength over the years. Now with several thousand employees, the business has a wealth of experience and is looking to expand the team further.
In this role, the individual will lead the west region, overseeing the design, development, and execution of project tasks, with a focus on managing budget, scope, and quality control.
Coordination of project priorities, staffing schedules, and assignments will be essential to ensure that clients receive adequate resources when needed. Additionally, the role involves providing technical coaching and mentoring, as well as ensuring efficient and productive utilization of staff to deliver high-quality service.
