- Answer customer calls, emails and chats regarding product support, availability and warrantee claims
- Assist customers
- Log call data into computer system
- Help troubleshoot product issues
- Make product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs
- 1+ year of customer service experience over the phone in a call center (3+ years preferred)
- Accurate typing and spelling required
- 6+ months working in retail or supporting a product is preferred (any knowledge about baby products is helpful)

A premium Car Seat, Stroller, and Baby Gear company based out of Vancouver, Washington is looking to add call center customer service representatives to their team in a long term capacity.
This position is Monday - Friday paying $18/hr - $21/hr
