    Description

    We are looking for a System Administrator to take care of our company's intranets and computer systems. Your main tasks will be to ensure smooth IT operations, assist end-users, and maintain system security. Check out the key responsibilities and qualifications below:

    • Server Management:
      • Set up and configure cloud servers for optimal performance.
      • Monitor server health, troubleshoot issues, and conduct regular maintenance.
      • Implement backup and disaster recovery procedures.
    • Network Management:
      • Administer network devices to ensure connectivity and security.
      • Monitor network traffic, identify and resolve performance issues.
      • Troubleshoot network problems.
    • Helpdesk Support:
      • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and connectivity.
      • Respond promptly to user inquiries and document support requests.
    • DevOps:
      • Work with development teams to deploy applications and automate processes.
      • Manage containerized applications using tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
    • Security:
      • Implement security measures like access controls and encryption.
      • Monitor system logs for suspicious activities and stay updated on security threats.
    • Documentation:
      • Maintain accurate system documentation and create user manuals.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience:
      • Local and on-site roles.
      • Proven experience as a System Administrator.
      • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra, Intune, Postman, APIs, Windows, and Linux.
      • Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
    • Preferred Experience:
      • Exposure to payment processing systems and compliance with PCI-DSS.
      • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
    • Education:
      • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
