Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Server Management:
o Set up and configure cloud servers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
o Monitor server health, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
o Implement backup and disaster recovery procedures.
2. Network Management:
o Administer network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) to maintain connectivity and security.
o Monitor network traffic, identify bottlenecks, and optimize network performance.
o Troubleshoot network-related issues.
3. Helpdesk Support:
o Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
o Respond promptly to user inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
o Document and track support requests.
4. DevOps:
o Collaborate with development teams to deploy applications and services.
o Automate deployment processes using tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
o Manage containerized applications (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
5. Security:
o Implement security best practices, including access controls, firewalls, and encryption.
o Monitor system logs for suspicious activity and respond to security incidents.
o Stay informed about security threats and vulnerabilities.
6. Documentation:

Qualifications:
· Experience:
o Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
o Familiarity with Microsoft Entra, Intune, Postman, APIs, Windows, and Linux.
o Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
· Preferred Experience:
o Exposure to payment processing systems and compliance with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
o Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS and Azure).
· Education:
o Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
