    Description

    Summary

    As a Lead Budget Analyst in Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of PBS Financial Services (BR2R), you will be responsible for a wide range of complex budget analysis, financial management analysis, and providing leadership to a team supporting major programs.

    Location of position: Location will be determined after selection.

    Duties

    Responsibilities include:

    • Performing analytical, technical, and administrative budgetary roles for various programs under the Federal Buildings Fund
    • Leading a team of Budget Analysts and ensuring alignment with OCFO's strategic plan and values
    • Training team members and providing guidance on problem-solving methods and techniques
    • Delivering budget information to program managers and staff officials
    • Providing policy interpretation and financial recommendations to organization personnel
    • Representing the team in dealings with supervisors or managers
    • Reporting on work progress and individual training needs

    This position requires job functions to be carried out in specific locations such as Atlanta, GA, Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, and others. The duty station will be determined upon selection within the specified geographic area.
