    PRIMARY PURPOSE:

    To actively coordinate and ensure the efficiency of guest traffic flow and business volume on the front drive, bell desk, and west valet while ensuring the highest level of guest and employee satisfaction

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Actively monitors, coordinates, and assists with the guest flow and service levels of the front-drive and west valet.
    • Assists valet and/or bell services attendants during peak business periods.
    • Effectively communicates with Supervisor and employees about concerns which need attention.
    • Assists and coordinates all functions of front service positions on the front-drive with a sense of urgency.
    • Assists with prompt resolution of guest service concerns
    • Perform other job related duties as requested.

    PREFERRED:

    • Experience in a similar resort setting
